What the travel template includes
stages in the ready pipeline, from Inquiry to Fulfillment
deal per booking, each with its own status and owner
WhatsApp connections: Cloud API, Wati, Gallabox or UrbanChat
The travel pipeline
The pipeline a new Travel workspace starts with. Every stage, status and sub-status can be renamed, reordered or extended.
Inquiry
A New Inquiry status with sub-statuses for website, WhatsApp, social media, referral and incoming-call enquiries, then contacting attempts, not reachable, interested, or not interested with a reason such as budget or changed plans.
Qualification
Documents pending (passport, visa documents, ID proof, travel insurance, payment proof), a follow-up status for family discussions, then qualified for booking or not qualified.
Booking
Each booking is its own deal: package suggested, finalised or custom package requested; payment statuses from advance to full payment; then confirmed (tickets, hotel, itinerary) or cancelled.
Fulfillment
Pre-travel (visa processing, documents shared, briefing done), in-travel support, and post-travel feedback, final invoice and trip completed.
Built for travel teams
What Xale CRM does for your team, most important first.
A follow-up for every role
Each role on a traveller and on each booking keeps its own follow-up and its own reminder by web popup, Android push and the in-app inbox. Overdue, Today and Later show what is due, and managers see the team’s follow-ups by user, branch and role.
Access set stage by stage
Give each role a 5-level lead-access dial (Admin, Manage, Edit, View or Deny) on every stage, enforced on the server. Admins see everything, managers see their branches and everyone else sees the records assigned to them, and exports never include phone or WhatsApp numbers for staff other than admins.
A travel pipeline on day one
Four stages written for travel desks, from first enquiry to the trip's final invoice. Rename, reorder or extend any stage, status or sub-status.
A deal per booking
Several trips for one traveller? Each booking is its own deal with its own status, owner and history.
Trip details as custom fields
Capture destination, travel dates, group size and package details as custom fields on the traveller or on each booking deal.
Documents before a stage moves
Stage requirements can ask for documents, fields or a note before a deal moves on, or show them as a checklist.
