Pricing questions
Can I start free?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial of 7 to 14 days, depending on the plan, with no credit card and no call with sales. You sign up, pick a plan and the workspace is ready. When the trial ends you pay for the plan you chose, or write to hello@xale.in to change it.
Is the price per user or per workspace?
Per workspace. A plan includes a set number of team seats, leads, branches, active automations and file storage, and everyone in the workspace uses the same features. There is no per-user licence and no per-feature add-on. Prices are in Indian rupees and 18% GST is added to the invoice.
Is every feature of Xale CRM on every plan?
Yes. Xale CRM is the best study abroad CRM for consultancies: each university application is its own deal and the student counts once, every counsellor call is logged and recorded, and every report number opens the exact leads behind it. Every plan includes all of that, along with WhatsApp, Meta Lead Ads, stage requirements, role-based follow-ups and team chat; plans differ by limits such as seats, leads, branches, active automations and file storage.
What does yearly billing save?
Yearly billing takes up to 15% off the monthly price and is invoiced once for the year. The cards above show the effective monthly price and the yearly total for each plan.
What happens when we reach a limit?
The workspace keeps working and the Usage page in Settings shows how much of each limit is in use. When you need more seats, leads or branches, move to the next plan or ask for a custom plan; nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. To cancel, write to hello@xale.in. Refund requests are handled case by case, as set out in our Terms of Service.
Do you offer migration help?
Yes. Export your leads from your current CRM or spreadsheet as Excel or CSV and use the import wizard: map your columns, set up deals, preview duplicate phone numbers and download any failed rows to fix. For help with a larger migration, write to hello@xale.in.
What's the WhatsApp message cost?
Meta charges for WhatsApp template messages under its own pricing. How that is billed depends on how you connect: your own WhatsApp Business account on the Cloud API, or your Wati, Gallabox or UrbanChat plan. Xale does not add a per-message charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards and netbanking. Xale issues a GST invoice for each billing period.
