What the official numbers say about the US route
No government source counts students going abroad from Andhra Pradesh: answering Lok Sabha Unstarred Question 4166 on 20 December 2024, the Ministry of External Affairs said state-wise data is not available.
The US link is on the record. The state's own services for students going abroad
The Government of Andhra Pradesh has run the Andhra Pradesh Non-Resident Telugu Society (APNRTS) since 2016. Its Vidya Vahini service offers course counselling, university selection, scholarship and visa guidance, and pre-departure and post-arrival sessions, all free of charge, with risk management so that students enrol only in genuine, accredited universities.
